No. Lucky Dog Solutions is about your convenience. For your initial cleanup, we will get details like what part of the yard you want cleaned (front, back, side, all) and how to access your yard (gates). After that, we will take care of it!

Yes. We love dogs and we are happy to clean with them in the yard as long as they are friendly toward our Scoop Techs. If your dog shows any sign of aggression, we ask that you keep them inside for the safety of our team.

No. Your scheduled cleanup day is dependent on your location and our efficient route scheduling. We do not schedule specific appointment times just specific days. If your yard cleanup is scheduled for Monday, you will receive a reminder text Monday morning and another “On Our Way” text approximately 30 to 60 minutes before we arrive.

Again, we love dogs and we want them to have a clean and safe yard! Our Scoop Techs sanitize their footwear and all equipment with kennel grade sanitizer before stepping foot onto your yard. We are also mindful of gates and latches upon arrival and departure. In fact, we will send a “Job Well Done” text notification with a picture of your secure gate once we complete our service. This is just another opportunity for us to serve you and give you peace of mind that your Lucky Dog is safe!

If your service day falls on a major holiday or on a day of severe weather, we will skip that day and thoroughly clean your yard on your next scheduled service day. You will still be charged for the skipped day since there will be two weeks of accumulated waste in your yard. Of course, if you are planning a big event and need a spotless, worry-free yard, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Communication is key!
